  • How do I get connected in the Beauty of Better community?

  • What are your credentials to speak into wellness?

    Our team consists of a nutritionist, kinesiologist, and doctor of health sciences. Each team member has experience in teaching at the university level, research, and health coaching. You can read our bios under Our Team on our website for more information.

  • How can I get article links?

    All of the research articles discussed in our podcast are linked in the podcast transcripts on our website. Email or DM us on Instagram if you ever want a link to another article referenced.

  • Why is evidence-based research important?

    There are a lot of loud voices out there and so many fad diets and trends. Our team is committed to using evidence-based research in our practices because it provides a proven foundation for health. We value results that can be replicated and that have been tested time and again.

  • How often do you offer wellness courses?

    We offer wellness courses 2-3 times a year (spring, summer, and fall). Sign up on our website to be notified when courses are released.

  • What is in your vitamins?

    Our vitamins were created based on the science of what we know our bodies need. Listen to our podcast nutrition series for details about each of the ingredients and why we chose them (Episodes 33-40 on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts).   • Is your vitamin a prenatal?

    No, our vitamin was not created to be a prenatal supplement.

  • When is health coaching going to launch?

    Our team of experts is working on developing an evidence-based wellness assessment tool to guide health coaching sessions. We plan to launch later in 2026.

  • Can you diagnose my health issues?

    Our team does not diagnose health issues or prescribe medications. We encourage moms to partner with their physicians on their wellness goals.

  • Is this a female owned business?

    Beauty of Better is a female owned business created by science-loving moms for moms who are overwhelmed by wellness!

  • Do I have to be a Christian to be part of Beauty of Better?

    You do not need to be a Christian to be part of the Beauty of Better community. Our team often discusses how faith integrates into wellness for them personally, but it is not required by others.

  • Do you have an in person office?

    Beauty of Better does not have an in-person office space. Our courses, products, and coaching happens online. We value accessibility and want moms from all over to be able to join!

  • What does the Beauty of Better logo mean?

    The Beauty of Better logo is a heart in the shape of a B. It was created as a symbol to remind moms to love themselves as they find beauty, grace, and joy in the steps towards becoming better. Wear our merch as a declaration and reminder that you are loved and you are capable of becoming better each day!

  • Do you ever have product sales?

    Yes! We often have vitamin and merch sales for special events. Our sales are posted on our social media. Our courses also offer unique discount codes for participants.

  • Can men take your vitamins too or are they just for women?

    Our vitamins are complete multivitamins designed with adult needs in mind. There are no specific ingredients that are just for women, so men can take them as well. Get some for you and your spouse to stay healthy together!

  • Can children take your vitamins?

    No. Our vitamins were not created for children.
